Think you can’t buy a home for $150? Think again.
The San Francisco Dream House Raffle fundraiser was created to help support the California Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. With your purchase you would win one of 370 prizes, one of which is the granddaddy of them all, a $2.4 million San Fran estate or you could take home $1.8 million in cold, hard cash. Either way it sounds like something you need to add to your to-do list.
The estate up for grabs features 3,150 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, separate two-bedroom guest house and stunning landscaping. Asking price, $150 raffle ticket.
