Whoopi Goldberg’s New York City Co-Op for Sale

With The View on summer hiatus, Whoopi Goldberg is looking for greener pastures outside of her Soho estate.
Goldberg just added her Wooster Street estate to the luxury realty market and boy, is she an art collector.
The estate features an open floor plan with two kitchens, spacious master bedroom, shared roof deck and private storage bins located in the basement.
Asking price is $3.9 million, with a $3,522 monthly maintenance.

The art is nice, is it included in teh 4mill price? Bc WhG JUST bought this apt 3 yrs ago for just $1.6mill .
