Bought a set, snapped after a few uses. They are made from plastic which has no elasticity when trying to put them on your jeans, they either snap then or snap from a very active life!

I might buy a pair because I am a barefoot runner, so you could guess that I am walking barefoot as often as I can.

When I am working sometimes it is mandatory for me to be wearing safety shoes because those have a small heel and the soles are thicker than minimalist shoes I have to wear

-either shorter jeans and end up sick of answering to comments I am receiving (I have enough with the comments I am receiving when I am doing running training)

-or longer jeans. When I am wearing longer jeans I am back in my minimalist shoes as soon as I can and I end up with jeans that look like those on the right in the picture above.

So now I'll have to find safety shoes that are lighter, breathe well (hard to find because they're asking the shoes to be oil resistant!) and everything will be fine! 8;-)

Hem them.
Cheap to have this done for you, cheaper and more satisfying to do it yourself.
Clips on jeans brings memories of gloves on strings.
Hem them.

If my jeans drag on the ground (which they ALWAYS do), along with my dress slacks, I don't even try any more to stop it from happening. I am 5'2", and practally all of my jeans are at LEASt 2 inches or more dragging under my shoes. I have this one pair of AE Boyfriend Fit jeans that cover my shoes entirely, and they are about 3 inches too long. I;m just sick of constantly pulling up or holding up my pant legs. Finally I just said not anymore, if they get frayed, then they get frayed and chewed up. Of course I do get comments on it quite a bit when I go out. Actually, when I was on a blind date with this guy, he brought up the length of my pants (turns out he likes them like that, he said most guys have a thing for girls in jeans that are too long.. anyone ever hear of that? PLEASE ANSWER) well, I guess I started to pay attention to how I walked, and then BAM, I tripped on the bagginess of my own jeans. I was really embarrased..

would you mind telling us how it blocks getting holes in the bottom. Attached to the shoes? or, more simple?

As someone who is four foot ten, I can't always buy shorter jeans. Even petites are frequently too long, if I can find them in women's sizes. That said, even if my jeans were too long I can think of no situation whatsoever where I would attach bright lime green clips to the back of my jeans to hold them up.
