France Magazine has recently complied a list of the top ten highest paid soccer / football players in the world at large. Guess you can’t guess who’s on top? Let’s check it out:

1. David Beckham, $49.4 million

2. Ronaldinho, $38.4 million

3. Lionel Messi, $36.6 million

4. Cristiano Ronaldo, $31 million

5. Thierry Henry, $26.8 million

6. John Terry, $22.16 million

7. Michael Ballack, $22 million

8. Ronaldo, $21.2 million

9. Kaka, $20.4 million

10. Steven Gerrard, $20 million

All I can think is that I should have done soccer rather than writing….

Look Beckham is over paid he is the new face for the mls. Then Ronaldinho was one of the best players and this new resurrection with AC Milan probably won’t work. The list was a proof of what happened in 2008. Beckham was boosted because he moved to MLF.I do not see him remain in that position for the next year. I think he will still be earning a lot if AC Milan sign him. Ronaldinho has lost his amazing touch and skill, I don’t know if i’m the only one who sees this but he seems like he lost his appetite for Football that saw him being world footballer twice. He is following in the footsteps of Ronaldo. As for the remainder of the list, they all deserve to be there. Remember that this list is inclusive of all endorsements they receive plus weekly wages. it is incredible how so many people still place ronaldhinio among the top three spots. WAKE UP!
the guy is a bumm. A player should be payed according to his performance and what they apport, and ronaldhinio is not doing much and thanks to his love to nights out (apparently likes that more than soccer he reached his lowest level. It’s sad because he (among with Ronaldo and Adrino) coulve been able to make history as one of the best offensive trios, but they cant focus on what they do.

As of RIGHT NOW, it should go down like this:

-Messi (as seen many times this season, Barca aint nowhere as good w.out messi)
-C. Ronaldo same case as messi
-Thienry Henry/Etoo goals galore
-Kaka- midfield maestro

And there are of course more than deserve to be there (Ribery anyone?) but it will not happen until they make it to a bigger club (rumor is that he is heading to barca, and i could definitively see him scratching the top five in that scenario).

Messi should be number one because Barcelona isnt half as great as it appears without him. He is a player that makes such big difference and thats why he should.

On the other hand there is C ronaldo which is the same case, but hes absence cant be as heavy as messi’s in barca.

Robhino is not in a position where he could be at the top.
His club limits it greatly.

Bottom line is that messi and ronaldo should be on the top 1-2 2-1 it doesnt matter because the difference would be minimal.
