most-expensive-philly-cheesesteak.jpgHow do you draw people to your restaurant?  Why, you up the price right on up to the most expensive option available.  The owner of Philly’s Barclay Prime Restaurant, Stephen Starr, has done just that.

To attract folks to his restaurant he has come up with the most expensive Philly cheesesteak in the world.  For $100 up too can enjoy Kobe beef, pricey Taleggio cheese, sautéed foie gras, caramelized onions, heirloom shaved tomatoes & shaved truffles.  Actually, it doesn’t sound all that bad, though I dunno about the $100 price tag.  You gonna get one, or two?
