Suzanne Somers Lowers Price Of Palm Springs Estate

Suzanne Somers and hubby Alan Hamel have just lowered the cost of their Palm Springs estate, again.
In 2008, this 65-acre estate hit the luxury realty market for $35 million but since real estate in Palm Springs, California is so slow-going, the couple have lowered the price considerably to a mere $12.9 million. Basically, the estate has gone from Macy’s to TJ Maxx in the matter of a year.
The Somers estate features a renovated main house, guest houses, amphitheater and pool.
