I made the conscious decision to start eating healthy, stay aware of my weight, and start exercising. Diabetes runs in my family, and being Indian puts me at an even higher risk – I don’t want any weight related health problems. Last year, D bought me the Wii Fit, and though I played around with it, I never really used it. These days, I use it almost daily.
