perry-ranch-estateNestled a mere mile from Steamboat Springs, Colorado city limits rests Perry Ranch, an American estate steeped in history.

In the early 1900s adventurous and ski-loving Marjorie Perry settled in the area on the 470-acre preserve while her younger sisters Charlotte and Portia Mansfield founded the still operating Perry-Mansfield School of Theater and Dance.  You’re impressed, I can see it.

Well, now not only is the ranch for sale, but it’s been taken down to a very steep price cut, $3 million has been shaved off the asking price, making this little piece of history a steal of a deal at $16 million.
