Well, the comedian Sinbad’s financial woes are your gain as his luxury estate is now officially up for grabs.

The Hidden Hills property is up for grabs for a mere $3 million and features 2.4 acres, 5 bedrooms, guest house, recording studio (of course) pool and spacious barn.  How’s that for luxury living?
