Police GPS Homing Device Stops the Car Chase Scene

Batman & Robin will no longer be needed for police car chase support. A Virginia-based company, Starchase, has created a GPS homing device that will eliminate the problem all together, leaving Batman & Robin more time for their grocery shopping & woodworking projects.
The GPS homing device can be shot like a dart which will stick to the car being chased. Once contact is made with the vehicle, police officers can chase the automobile with leisure & track the speeder by computer.
