As the stock market becomes a bargain hunters paradise, so too is the luxury market seeing more clientele.
Even as Aston Martins are dropping in price, the cost of fine wine has seen better financial times. The Liv-Ex 100, which details the prices of the top 100 most sought-after wines, saw a 12.4% drop in October. Not great news for the wineries, but not too bad of news for you if you can afford Opus One.
The wine market has now become a buyer’s market and now it’s time to go collecting.

So this isn’t so much an estate of the day, but a stalking for actor Hugh Jackman.
The X-Man got himself quite the score overlooking New York City’s Hudson River. With 11,000 square feet of living space, Jackman will be able to enjoy himself and relax with the spacious master bedroom sauna. Color me jealous.
And it was a steal of a deal for $21 million, which was way off the asking price. Way to bargain, Hugh!

Well folks, it looks like this year is going to be a great ski year at California’s Mammoth Mountain. The ski resort is, drumroll please, already open for the season!!!
Mammoth opened its ski doors Monday, a full 10 days ahead of schedule. Apparently a rather powerful storm hit Eastern Sierra over the weekend dropping 18 inches of beautiful powder on Mammoth.
So go eat some air for me!
