Well, now that infamous quarterback Brett Favre no longer plays for the Green Bay Packers, it’s time to sell, sell, sell. The former Packer has placed his former Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin home up for sale.
While it is rumored that Farve and his family enjoy a mansion in Mississippi, this estate leaves a little less for the eyes to goggle at. With four bedrooms, moderate space and a rather nice recreational room, this estate must have been more a football season home for Farve and wife Deanna.
The home is listed at a meager $475K.

As if Montenegro didn’t have enough luxury resorts already, the seaside destination is being slated ror yet another luxury resort.
The proposed Royal Montenegro Grand Resort will be more grand as anything yet on Montenegro. The luxury resort will feature a five star 220 room hotel with conference center, casino, nightclub, yacht club, spa and condos and villas.
The project is already underway with a date of 2010 for opening, though I strongly suspect we’re gonna see that pushed back quite a bit.

Well, it looks as if I’ve got New York on the brain this week, but that doesn’t seem like such a bad ailment to have, right?
Welcome to Old Westbury, New York where grand homes can be found on practically every corner, and the Phipps mansion is certainly no exception.
Built in 1930, this Georgian estate features 20 wooded acres, exquisite fishpond, waterfall, tennis court and of course the main house enjoys more than its fair share of accoutrements. From high ceilings to a wood-paneled library, the main house has everything you are looking for in old New York.
Asking price, $11.5 million.
