Elvis Presley’s Palm Springs estate, otherwise known as Graceland West, has recently been placed on the market.  Located in the foothills of the expansive San Jacinto Mountains, Elvis lived in this property for eight years and is the place where he spent his last birthday.

Featuring 5,000 square foot of living space, the 4 bedroom Spanish-style estate comes with Presley’s original kitchen appliances as well as his private, covered Jacuzzi.

It will be easy enough to picture the King here, just hand down $17 million and we can make that Elvis dream happen.

Guess how much the most expensive French Riviera estate sold for?  How about a whopping $750 million!  Yep, that’s right.

No word on who bought Villa Leopolda, except to say that they are an apparent Russian bazillionaire, though not Roman Abarmovich, as first thought. 

The impressive estate in Villefrance on the Côte d’Azur recently sold for an astounding $750 million which includes the turreted mansion, two guest houses, 20 acres and hundreds of fruit trees attended to by no less that 50 gardeners!

Now, that’s fine living!

If it were me, though, I’d wait it out a few more months and give ole Shaq a low-ball offer, shave off a couple million.
