rolls-royce-oldest.jpgThe oldest living Rolls Royce recently sold for a record breaking amount at auction.  Built in 1904, the 10oh two seater sold for $7,275,000, which not only breaks the highest amount ever paid for a Rolls but also broke the record for the most paid for a veteran vehicle.

A British private collector won the auction who was apparently very anxious to pay more than twice the estimate on the car.  I guess it just goes to show that when you really want something, you just have to have it.
