Nicole Murphy Puts Calabasas Estate On the Market, Again

Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole hasn’t been able to make up her mind if she wants to sell her Calabasas area estate. The Oaks property has been on the luxury realty market and off since 2007, and it looks like it’s back on again.
The Spanish-hacienda-style home features beautiful high ceilings, crown molding throughout, amazing windows, terra cotta flooring and a spacious wine cellar.
In the past this southern California home has been listed as high as $9.995 million, we’re now seeing this luxury home at $8.495 million.
