Nicolas Cage Bel-Air Estate Auction

Nicolas Cage is feeling pretty motivated to sell his Bel-Air estate as he has given up on the luxury real estate market and is instead going with the auction approach.
The 1940s mansion that has been owned by both Tom Jones and Dean Martin in the past will be up for a sealed-bid auction sale come September 24. Featuring 6 bedrooms, large theater and wine cellar, the property has been listed as high as $35 million but can be yours for the minimum starting bid of $9.95 million.
Ouch, Nic must need to unload and fast.
