My feeling is that the ultimate and best use of this property should be a protected develop status that would allow the island to survive sustainably and the native population in the area benefit from any spin-off economic benefits such as guiding, fishing, construction of eco-friendly and low footprint lodging. the most important thing is that any potential investor should be required to work with a consultant(s) with a true understanding of the cultural aspects of this area.
