   Bought one for my girlfriend. She is hearing impaired and can talk on the phone but has a hard time hearing it ringing. Ridiculous now?

   Interesting comments you made about MoPods. Mostly true. But why “ridiculous”? Because they’re not functional? Well, as the comment from Mike about Allison said, and you acknowledged, they did provide a function for her. How about my 84-years young Mom putting hers on her table at a restaurant because she can’t hear her cell phone in a crowd? How about a hunter on a deer-stand getting alerted silently to a walkie-talkie call from his buddy? Or a student in a class? Or even a business person who’s phone ringer is turned off? Anyone who’s in a noisy place, or wearing headphones, and can’t hear their cell phone?

   But even if they’re frivolous, they’re really fun. AND, they draw attention from others.

   And now there are new Characters, and more on the way with Christmas Characters. Here’s another use: light up your Christmas tree with them.
