Michael Jackson Promoter May Be Out Millions

michael-jackson-promotorOn Thursday evening a press conference was held confirming the death of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.  Shockingly, the 50-year-old star was pronounced dead on Thursday after suffering a cardiac arrest and now the promoter of his elaborate summer shows may be in the red for millions.

Jackson was planning a series of concerts he was calling his last live shows.  According to the London Times, concert promoter AEG Live was planning the concerts and could be facing almost $500 million in promotional fees and concert time slots.  Currently the company is rushing around trying to locate performers to take Jackson’s time slots.
