With Windows Mobile 5.0, the device was buggy at best.

However, upon upgrading the OS to Windows Mobile Professional 6.1, everything's been smooth. Never had a better PDA loaded with so many apps onto it, still functioning so smoothly.

I'll have to agree with the other poster, though - can't find a way to REALLY shut this thing off.

the symbol unit is a piece of S*@$ ...! it doesnt even turn off, the battery lasts only half a day, windows mobile 5.0 is strait garbage the keyboard and scanner tend to quit working periodically and needs several warm boots to get it going again the phone sometimes will not turn off and say connected to so and so and the timer keeps counting so until it hangs up when it feels like it it is useless this "device" is a piece of hot garbage, anyone that buys it is definitly stupid

You might as well throw two thousand dollars out your car window on the highway if you plan to get this pda.

It is about the size of a brick and does whatever it feels like doing. During an 8 hour work day, I have to reset the device 5+ times. Sometimes you can't even hang up the phone without reseting it. A warm reboot takes about 5 minutes before you can start to use it again.

If you lose the cheap stylus, the device is rendered almost useless till you buy a new one.

There is not one person of the 80+ techs that I ork with that actually remotely likes this device.

On a scale of 1 to 10 out of any category, this device deserves a very firm 1. DON'T waste your money!
