MaxFactor Rain-Sensitive Billboard for Mascara Advertising

First we had that German Playboy rain-sensitive billboard, and that was my ultimate favorite.  Now we have a MaxFactor Rain-Sensitive Billboard for the purposes of advertising their new mascara.

Never have to experience that embarrassing runny mascara phenomenon with MaxFactor’s mascara, is what that billboard is telling me.  But really, I just feel bad for the poor girl, looks like she’s had her heart broken, lost her dog & her job on the same day.  Maybe a billboard for Kleenex should be right next to this one?
