Real estate mavens have been waiting for years for this particular plot to come on the market. In fact, some real estate experts have been hypothesizing this sale for ages, but it just became official this week. The Friends star bought this home in 2006, after she and Mr. Pitt called it quits, $13.5 million. It is on the market for $42 million.

At 10,000 square feet, this is no small abode. The gargantuan estate has five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths. There are two living rooms, a gourmet kitchen and a catering kitchen, several dining rooms, a home gym, and a three-car garage. The swimming pool has an 180-degree view from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.

Anniston is purportedly swapping this Beverly Hills home for another, perhaps one owned by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump.

During Sunday night’s Super Bowl car manufacturer Chrysler ran the most expensive commercial of the evening.

The car company had to get special permission to run a two-minute advertisement on Super Bowl Sunday since most spots are generally only 90 seconds.

Yet again, one of Picasso’s masterpieces have been sold at auction to fetch the highest price ever for a painting.  The painting titled “Nu au plateau de sculpteur” also known as Picasso’s Nude, Green Leaves And Bust.  Sold for a world breaking 106.4 Million dollars at Christie’s in New York in May of 2010.

This master piece was sold from the estate of Frances Brody.     Who originally purchased the painting from Picasso’s agent in 1951.    This unique painting of the renowned painter was virtually an unknown piece in exceptional quality.

Picasso’s paintings also hold the third and fourth most expensive paintings ever.  His third place masterpiece being “Garcon a la Pipe” (Boy with a Pipe) sold for 104.2 million dollars in May of 2004.  Picasso’s fourth place was “Dora Maar au chat” (Dora Maar with cat) selling for 95.2 million dollars in 2006.  Now these amounts are solely based on records that have been announced to the public.  There are rumors that other paintings have been sold for higher dollar amounts and privately exchanged.

Brewdog is Scotland’s largest independent brewery.  In July of 2010 they released not only the strongest but also the most expensive beer in the world.  Brewdog titled their beer The End of History.

What made this beer special?  Besides being fermented for 14 months in whiskey barrels.  Then being frozen three times in succession of the other.  While pulling all the traces of water out between each freezing.  They also packaged the product in a stuffed squirrel with the bottle’s neck coming out their mouths.  They only made 12 bottles each selling at 700 pounds.  The alcohol content for this beer is a huge 55%.

Unfortunately for the happy consumers this product sold completely out in under a day.  If we will see more of this product in the future time will only tell. No worries though to the beer drinkers out there they still have a huge 41% alcohol content beer called Sink the Bismarck for a much smaller price tag of 40 pounds.
