UK department store Debenhams is trying to keep ahead of the luxury curve with a new concept, the Divorce Registry.
Peter Moore, head of retail services revealed, “A divorce means that one partner will be leaving the marital home and therefore be left without any essentials in their new house.”
Well, that’s certainly true, wonder who we can get to start one….?

According to the Wall Street Journal Chicago’s Hotel 71 has been sold in an all-cash deal for $37 million.
The hotel was up to its eyeballs in debt and saw an official foreclosure back in July 2008. If you’ll remember this is the hotel that housed Bruce Wayne’s apartment in the “The Dark Knight.”

Kourtney Kardashian now joins the celeb ranks of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Orlando Bloom as the latest celebrity robbing victim.
Apparently Kardashian came home Saturday night to her Calabasas home missing some hundreds of thousands of dollars in luxury jewelry. Some stolen pieces were even given to her by her late father Robert Kardashian and are irreplaceable.
We’re just getting more and more surprised that it’s so easy to rob celebs.

Kingpin actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested in West Texas earlier this week for burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy.
The duo posted $20,000 bail each late yesterday and have been released after they failed to pay a $10,000 hotel bill for a luxury hotel in Santa Barbara, California.
B celebrities, they think they can just get away with anything, don’t they?

Beyonce has been the face for both Tommy Hilfiger and Giorgio Armani fragrances but now she is tuning in her spurs for her own scent with the help of Coty.
Debuting next spring, the new Beyonce perfume stands to make a potential $20 million over the next three years. Let’s just hope it smells better that Britney Spears.

China is rising higher and higher into the sky and the only thing left to wonder is when you’re going to join the party.
According to the most recent Hurun Report, China holds 143,000 multimillionaires, along with 8,800 billionaires in Beijing, while even in Shanghai there are multimillionaires and 7,000 billionaires.
Now, why aren’t our names amoung those?

Most luxury travelers consider France sacred and best to just immerse themselves in the culture and not think twice about it. 72-year-old actor Jack Nicholson, however, does not feel that way and we love it.
Jack has been seen on vacay this week loudly jumping off of yachts, swimming in the sea while smoking his cigs, and, as you can see, taking himself a nap on a grassy city median.
Ahh, Jack.
