Eco-Friendly Ark Angel LSV Yacht

Richard Sauter of Sauter Carbon Offset Design recently released the Supernova solar hybrid megayacht, the Ocean Empire LSV, an eco-luxury yacht, and the Atlantic Sea Hawk, a zero carbon emissions 18-cabin cruiser. Now they’ve released the Ark Angel LSV, a carbon neutral megayacht that reduces fuel emissions 50 to 100 percent.

The 78 meter yacht is meant to be not only more environmentally-friendly than others in its class, but also faster. Richard Sauter says, “I consider the Ark Angel the Champion of Green Power not because she can do 28 knots and cruise for 5,000 nautical miles Carbon Neutral, but because in leading the campaign to responsible yachting, she is challenging all comers.”
