Horn iPod Dock By Phonofone

There are literally thousands of options out there when it comes to iPod docks. They range from the purely practical to the totally decorative, but personally, I want something that combines the best of both worlds. Like these gorgeous Horn speakers by Phonofone, which were designed by Korean architect Shi-hyung Jeon.

The horn-shaped shell is constructed of HI-MACS solid surface, a brand new material that is completely seamless and non-porous. This not only contributes to its sleek design, but also makes for enhanced acoustics. The curved noise allows less distortion, and the output is set at 25W. They aren’t the most powerful speakers out there, but their innovative design will make up for that, audio-wise.

Besides all the complicated and I’m sure very useful technological advancements that these speakers represent, they are completely gorgeous, and that’s what makes me really want them. The price, unfortunately, has not yet been released, but since it’s designed for audiophiles, my guess it won’t be cheap.

most-expensive-ipod.jpgAhh, the ubiquitous diamond-encrusted electronic gadget, perfect for any Monday morning.

Give up some lovin’ for the world’s most expensive iPod.  Diamond-encrusted, of course, this iPod will be hitting the London auction block later this week.

Dubbed the world’s most expensive MP3 player, this iPod Shuffle was designed by none other than Norweigian jeweler Thomas Heyderdahl.  The Shuffle features ear plugs made from solid 18K white & pink gold with 430 diamonds encrusted upon the surface.

Estimates say this MP3 will see $40,000.  Now that is a little bit more than my daily budget, what about you?

iPod mania, where will it end?  In this hilarious iPod Flea spoof video, which I am sure you have heard of, was debuted at the Mac Design Conference by Scott Kelby.

According to the spoofy video, first there was the iPod, then there was the iPod Mini, then the iPod Shuffle, and now the iPod Flea has come along.

Take a look, it’s quite cute.  And maybe you can tell me, when is all this iPod craziness going to end?

These iPod Stereo Squealer Pig Speakers are cute for many reasons.  First off, you know my feelings on pink & second they’re speakers in the shape of pigs, you have to admit, that’s pretty darn funny.

These adorable speakers connect to basically anything- iPod, digital audio player, notebooks, your great aunt Jennie (these speakers will not actually connect to your great aunt Jennie).

For just $29, the cute factor (and pink factor) alone are worth the cash.  Thinking of holiday gift ideas, well not any longer- these iPod Stereo Squealer Pig Speakers for the pig lover are the perfect catch.

ipod-attire-10-10-2006.jpg iAttire has new Halloween costumes for your iPod this year, and of course they’re all handmade.  Check out the 2006 limited edition Halloween costumes for all iPod models.

This may be a good alternative for those who cannot dress up their pup in the Star Wars Yoda pet costume.  And I kinda like the ipirate a little better anyway.
