As if Montenegro didn’t have enough luxury resorts already, the seaside destination is being slated ror yet another luxury resort.
The proposed Royal Montenegro Grand Resort will be more grand as anything yet on Montenegro. The luxury resort will feature a five star 220 room hotel with conference center, casino, nightclub, yacht club, spa and condos and villas.
The project is already underway with a date of 2010 for opening, though I strongly suspect we’re gonna see that pushed back quite a bit.

If the post title hadn’t already informed you that this estate is located in Tampa, Florida, where would you have said? I would have picked Boca Raton or the Amalfi Coast. Who knew such austere luxury could be located in Tampa, but there she is as plain as day.
This compound, for lack of a better word, features over 28,000 square feet of living space, a large ballroom, dark wood library, spacious wine room, 14 fireplaces (!!!!), and of course a modern elevator.
All this & Tampa too can be yours for just $25 million.

Denver Nuggets basketball star Allen Iverson has been trying to sell his Villanova, Pennsylvania for over a year now, the poor lad. The desperate guard has dropped the property price to a mere $4 million, which is actually $1 million less than he paid for the property back in 2003.
Featuring 14,000 square feet, a spacious pool house with waterfall & stream, and four separate levels, this estate pretty much has it all, including a very economical price tag!

Just when you thought you were never going to sleep with Jenna Jameson, which is still pretty much true, I come up & find you her Los Angeles estate. Your praises in the form of checks, diamonds & orchids can be sent to me by mail….
This 3 bedroom Spanish style LA home not only housed Jameson but was also a former Valentino family property, some big celeb stats with this one, eh?

All of this & more for the low low price of, $2.7 million. A Jameson bargain if you ask me.

Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder Damon Dash is in a smidge of real estate trouble. Dash & his wife, fashion designer Rachel Roy, could lose their two Manhattan apartments if they don’t cough up some cash.
Since January of this year the couple has failed to make payments on the properties to Eastern Savings Bank. Interestingly enough, Dash is guilty of having a $100K federal lien on the two apartments and owes the city of New York a whopping $2 million in back taxes.
Whew! That’s gonna be a lot to swallow unless Dash can make some quick dough. We might just be seeing these luxurious apartments on the market soon….
