If it were me, though, I’d wait it out a few more months and give ole Shaq a low-ball offer, shave off a couple million.

Cindy was brought up the wealthy daughter of a beer distributor & here in this very Phoenix, Arizona estate.  John & Cindy actually lived here in the 1980s where they spent around $250,000 remodeling.  In 2006 the McCain’s gave up the space & moved into a condo when the current owner took residence for a mere $3.75 million.

Now the current resident has placed the property on the market for an asking price of $12 million.  With this much history, I bet they assume it’s time to cash in.

It’s a perfect combination, you know, over-the-top Donald Trump & well-over-the-top Dubai, so that’s why it makes perfect sense that the man is developing a $30 million penthouse in the sandy city.

Recently property developer Nakheel announced that the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Palm Jumeirah will see quite the luxurious penthouse, if you call $30 million luxurious that is.

No word on the details of the penthouse as of yet, though knowing Donald, it’s gonna trump them all.
