Italian White Truffle Sells for $200,000

I don’t know about you, but this economy has my purse-strings drawn almost to a close, but Hong Kong’s casino king Steven Ho doesn’t know the meaning of scrimp.

Ho recently bought an Italian white truffle at action for a whopping $200,000.  The truffle weighed in at a mere two pounds, even Iron Chef would be amazed at that cost.

Steven Ho must be a truffle lover as just last year he purchased another tuber for $330,000. 

Wonder if he does loans…
