Al Capones House for Sale.jpgHave you ever watched Goodfellas or Scarface and wanted to live the life, at least the life they show halfway into the movies?  Then here is your chance to live in a little piece of mobster history.

Al Capone’s Miami Beach house is up for sale.  I’ll warn you, it’s an art deco fixer-upper, but a lot of charm, the mob kind.  Current owner Henry “Hank” Morrison bought the home in 1971 for $56,000- a good price at that time for the former Delta pilot.  The house is expected to bring in at least $6 million due to its history as well as its Miami Beach location.

The house was originally built in 1922 for Clarence Busch of the Anheuser-Busch brewery and sold to Al Capone in 1928 for $40,000.  It’s come along way in price since 1922 & even 1971.  What a good investment for the now 73-year-old retired pilot Morrison.

Care to make the Capone plunge?  $6.8 million buys you Scarface history and a good view of Miami Beach.
