Harry Potter First Edition Go For $40,000 At Auction

Talk about scary this Halloween blogging day! A first edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was sold last Thursday at auction for an astounding $40,000!
Being one of 500 copies of the book certainly helps maintain the value of this first edition, but man $40,000?! I guess there are Harry Potter fans & then there are Harry Potter fans.
