		<description>Whomever, I&#039;m confused...Why do you advertise for people to make a purchase and not include a simple phone number.  Is this what we have come to in that people don&#039;t talk to one another but instead type on some assnine machine.  I do not want to conduct business where I&#039;m interested in putting out a good deal of money and not be able to talk to a human being.  Here I am now having to wait until God knows when for you folks to get back to me and I assume that is again on some bull....e-mail address and than I have to wait again to actually talk to a person...how is this user friendly. By the way I do not have this system at home, for I perfer to do it the old fashion way...talking stright away to a person.  so I need for someone to call me  505-429-1572</description>
