Is this what we have come to in that people don't talk to one another but instead type on some assnine machine. I do not want to conduct business where I'm interested in putting out a good deal of money and not be able to talk to a human being. Here I am now having to wait until God knows when for you folks to get back to me and I assume that is again on some bull....e-mail address and than I have to wait again to actually talk to a person...how is this user friendly.
