Get Her the Most Expensive Chocolate, Chocopologie by Knipschildt

Chocopologie by Knipschildt is an amazing experience, not that I’ve ever even been near enough to the world’s most expensive chocolate to taste a morsel, but it’s what I hear.
At $2,600 per freeking pound, this handmade chocolate truffle is available only on a preorder basis. So, maybe not for this Valentine’s Day, but I know you’re thinking of next year’s already.
Founded in 1999 by Fritz Knipschildt, Knipschildt Chocolatier makes the most expensive truffle around. At $240 each, this dark chocolate truffle, with a French black truffle inside, is made of 70% Valrhona cacao, which is blended into a creamy ganache with truffle oil. The truffle is hand-rolled with a dark truffle on the inside & then dusted with cocoa powder.
Sounds like $240 worth to me!

hey wow wat if the person doesn’t think it’s that special…i mean in my opinion, other chocolates are great too…but then again im a chocoluver…that person would’ve really regretted spending $240 just for one teensy weensy thing if he didn’t especially think it was worth it. even if it was the best tastin chocolate in the world, it still wouldn’t be worth it if it was just one truffle. jeesh…rich people’s food i guess hahaha ill shut up nowww
