General Motors Unveils 2008 Chevrolet Corvette C6

Following a rather substantial leak last week, General Motors decided to go ahead & officially unveil the new 2008 Chevrolet Corvette C6.  Not too shabby, is she?  Minus the color, of course.

The new entry-level ‘Vette sees a 6.2L LS3 engine which will offer you about 36 more horsepower that the 2005-2007 LS2 version.

“The 2008 Corvette will deliver 430 horsepower and 424 lb-ft of torque on the most basic model, or 436 hp and 428 lb-ft with new, optional dual-mode exhaust system. The engine’s displacement has increased from 6.0 liters to 6.2L, or 376-cubic-inches.”

All in all, she looks pretty sexy to me!
