Galmer Arbitrage GT Supercar

galmer_arbitrage_gt_supercar-9-27-2006.jpgThe Galmer Arbitrage GT Supercar will not make its official debut until 2008, but I thought we might like a taste or two until then.

This mostly carbon fiber body fast & furious car will be powered by a mid-mounted 7 liter GM LS7 V8, leading to a 505 horsepower mated to a six-speed transmission.

The Galmer Arbitrage GT Supercar will feature left hand drive/right hand drive changeability, a digital touchscreen interface, carbon fiber Monocoque & a Pioneer navigation system.

Wow.  2008 here we come!

    OMG, this car is such a waste… it looks killer but using an out of date lead weight of an engine to power this thing? come on.. 7 litres and only 505 hp.. pathetic… Not to mention it’s a pushrod lump.. If you’re going to put that big of an engine, atleast make it as up to date as the design and materials of the rest of the car.. Such as.. a 6.0 Litre DOHC V8 tuned to 650 easily (the efficiency of OHC motors) and add an STS Twin Turbo setup to crank out atleast 800bhp. If you’re going to make a supercar that’s half a mil put a wiorthy engine in it.. the GM pushrod pieces of crap won’t cut it.. I mean it’s like buying a million dollar Ferrari exotic car that runs a single cyl engine from the first motorcycles.
