Known as the Rubber House, actor Willem Dafoe is trying to sell off his Accord, New York estate.

Originally built for the choreographer Eugene Loring, the property gets its name from having its exterior made out of neoprene for some reason.  Watch out latex allergy sufferers!

A relatively small home, the 1,949 square feet of living space provides you with 2 bedrooms, a 6.8 acre plot of treed land, and a lovely tower where you too can play Rapunzel.

Asking price, $850,000.  Doesn’t this estate just somehow suit Willem Dafoe perfectly?
