winery-for-sale.jpgIt’s time to throw away the dream of owning & running a winery & just do it.  The Whiskey Run Creek Winery in Brownville, Nebraska has just recently been put on the market.

Previously owned by Omaha’s Metro Area Transit director, this winery is up to snuff.  Sitting on 3.8 acres of rolling land, this winery features a 100-year-old barn, 5,400 square-foot steel production building, 100-year-old brick cave, wishing well and a waterfall.  Sounds kinda magical, doesn’t it?

The winery is capable of producing around 10,000 gallons of wine per year with 60 vines of Chardonel & Chambourcin.  Is this a match made in heaven or what?

Asking price,  $1.6 million.
