Now, here’s a great way to live in Charlottesville, Virginia.

On the grounds of the well-established Kluge Estate Winery & Vineyard, there is a joint venture going down.  Vineyard Estates is the baby of winemaker Patricia Kluge & First Colony Resorts. 

There are plans underway to develop 511 acres of the 20,000 acre Virginia property on  Carter’s Mountain.  More than half of the upcoming homes will feature their own vineyard.  The proposed properties are varying from three acres to over 32 acres, which translates to about $6 million to $23 million.
