Estate of the Day: TomKat’s New Mansion

Tom Cruise has just recently purchased a new pad, for $35 million.  This Beverly Hills estate will be home to Cruise, his wife Katie Holmes as well as their daughter Suri.

The mansion was originally built in 1937 but was extensively remodeled about four years ago.  Cruise’s estate features 7 bedrooms, 9 baths, tennis court & large pool area.  The gated home was not even available on the market, the word on the street is that Cruise gave the owner an offer they couldn’t refuse.  And $35 million sounds just like that.
