Estate Of the Day: The Ranches at Figueroa Canyon, California’s Santa Ynez Valley

The picture says it all, does it not?  Say hello to the majestic ranches of the Figueroa Canyon.  A large chunk of California’s Santa Ynez Valley have been carved into five estates that are being offered for sale, at a certain price, of course.

A total of four architects are designing the ranch sites using a conceptual design, but buyers may choose to work with their own architect.  The ranches themselves range from 187 to 1,176 acres & each has at least one legal area served by water as well as utilities.  The ranging cost?  $6 million to $24.5 million.  But the view says it all.
