Originally built in 1885, the Gables has an extensive history. Located in the small New Jersey town of Morris Township, this estate was at one time owned by the New York publisher, Charles Scribner.
In 1994, the present owners of the property brought the home up to date, as well as adding a country kitchen, second-floor library, another office, as well as more guest rooms & baths. Now, with over 20 rooms & 12 fireplaces, the Gables wants to welcome you home.
Asking price, $3.95 million.
