There’s always a home available in marvelous Malibu, but what about a $65 million estate? Well, those tend to be a little less frequent, especially properties this nice.
Welcome to the former home of William J. Chadwick, one of the higher-ups at the capital management firm Chadwick Saylor & Co. I guess if you’re name’s on the building, you’re somebody special.
This amazing 10,500 square foot estate features no less than 150 feet of beach front in the Carbon Beach area, a 75 foot pool with luxurious spa, and an expansive wine cellar. What more could you ever ask for?
