There’s always a home available in marvelous Malibu, but what about a $65 million estate?  Well, those tend to be a little less frequent, especially properties this nice.

Welcome to the former home of William J. Chadwick, one of the higher-ups at the capital management firm Chadwick Saylor & Co.  I guess if you’re name’s on the building, you’re somebody special.
