Today’s estate was once the residence of the Duchess of Leeds, so you know you’re getting the best, right?  Located in beautiful Cap Martin, this home faces south & is directly across from the Monte Carlo bay, in view of the infamous Villa Maria Irina. 

Built in 1935, the estate features a renovated state of the art kitchen, four bedrooms, sea & mountain views, spacious wine cellar, marble & wood detailing throughout the home & a beautiful terrace.
