Estate of the Day: Kenneth Cole’s NYC Penthouse

New York City-based designer Kenneth Cole is having a hard go of selling his NYC penthouse.
Kole’s 33rd floor apartment has been on the market since last March with no serious takers. The penthouse features over 1,000 square feet of outdoor space, a wood-burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen and limestone and marble bathrooms.
All this and more can be yours for an asking price of $16.95 million. Any takers?
