You wouldn’t think it to look at him, but actor Kelsey Grammar is a serious serial real estate buyer & seller. Grammar owns homes across the U.S., from Hawaii to Colorado. Let’s face it, he likes to play Monopoly.

But it looks like the actor is selling his enormous New York home & moving onward. The Bridgehampton, New York estate has recently been listed for $16.1 million. Featuring 7 bedrooms, a home theater, spacious gym, wine cellar & staff quarters, this estate is a stunning example of the life of luxury.

And with 1.7 acres, I don’t think this one will last very long!

Oh, the irony! So many people spell “grammar” incorrectly as “grammer”. Now you spell Kelsey’s name wrong as “Grammar”. Delicious!

To double the irony, there’s an ad below this article where it SHOULD be spelled as “grammar” and it’s spelled as “grammer”. What a bunch of illiterates!
