Apparently Kelsey Grammar is quite the real estate tycoon. Back last October we posted about Grammar’s New York estate & now we’re heading to the opposite coast to sell his Los Angeles home.
Featuring 7 bedrooms and 10,000 square feet of living space, this Holmby Hills property enjoys amazing views from the spacious pool & lawn area. You will call it home when you see the gym with fireplace, media room with built-in bar and all the amazing, bright tiles throughout the home.
Asking price, $19.9 million, up from $13.7 million when the Grammars took ownership just last year. What a flip….
