Estate Of the Day: Jose Canseco Faces Foreclosure

There have been foreclosure rumors circulating about baseball player Jose Canseco’s Encino, California home for months now, but the worst has been confirmed.

Canseco recently stated in an interview that it didn’t make any kind of financial sense to keep on paying on a mortgage for a home that wasn’t even technically his.  The sports legend & author revealed that his financial woes are in large part due to his multiple marriages & subsequent divorces.  Canseco seemed resigned to walk away from his $2.5 million estate.  Poor guy, these sports stars need some better handlers.
