Estate Of the Day: John McCain’s Former Phoenix, Arizona Home

Welcome to Presidential nominee John McCain’s former Phoenix, Arizona home. Resting on two acres, this property was Cindy McCain’s childhood home, interestingly enough.
Cindy was brought up the wealthy daughter of a beer distributor & here in this very Phoenix, Arizona estate. John & Cindy actually lived here in the 1980s where they spent around $250,000 remodeling. In 2006 the McCain’s gave up the space & moved into a condo when the current owner took residence for a mere $3.75 million.
Now the current resident has placed the property on the market for an asking price of $12 million. With this much history, I bet they assume it’s time to cash in.
