The latest of the largest structures planned for the growth spurt occurring in Abu Dhabi is a curvy little thing.
The 50 story Seba Tower will include not only 316 residences but also several retail spaces. Seba is expected to complete construction & open up its lavish doors by 2010, so you had better get that bid in soon!
