Estate of the Day: Colorado’s Cache at Union Creek Property

Welcome to beautiful Colorado. Recently developer Intrawest announced plans to begin a new development that will be part of the Copper Canyon Mountain Resort in Colorado, and if you know anything about that neck of the woods, you know that’s an amazing location.
The new development is to be called the Cache at Union Creek & will be a neighborhood fully furnished with anywhere from one bedroom to four bedrooms units. Eacah unit will have their own private entrance with a courtyard & hot tub. Doesn’t sound too bad, for a neighborhood. Residences will start around the mid $300,000s, so you had better start saving those pennies & drop the Starbucks runs.

We have noticed that you recently printed information regarding Intrawest’s The Cache at Union Creek in Copper Mountain. Playground Destination Properties is very excited about your enthusiasm for the project.
We wanted to note that the blog refers to Copper Mountain as Copper “Canyon†and just wanted to correct this misprint.
