So, you wanna be Mel Gibson’s neighbor?  Well, you’ve now got your chance & it’s cheaper than before.

Hollywood celeb Britey Spears has had her Malibu home on the market since January.  At first the asking price was $13.5 million for the 7 bedroom, 1.53-acre estate; but recently the property has been taken down a notch to $11.9 million which is bad for Brit, but good for us.

Do I hear any takers?
